I think there are a lot of people thinking about this, some that come to mind are Talia Eisenberg and the team at Beond, Jeeshan Chowdry at Journey Colab.
Also, just yesterday, Kentuck announced a major development in using funds from the Opioid Abatement Settlement to fund research and/or access, I would think that there is a potential for such research to eventually make its way into such facilities.
